ABOUT: Our college was ed with Milk and Dairy Products Technology Programme at the cooperative building in the industrial site in 1993-1994 academic years and continued with Local Administrations Programme in1994-1995 academic years. Our college which moved in its own building in 1999 had four programmes with the ing of Animal Husbandry and Health and Beet Cultivation and Sugar Technology Programmes in 2000-2001 academic years. With the decision of the university senate on 13.04.2004, Local Administrations Programme was transferred to Social Sciences Vocational College and Beet Cultivation and Sugar Technology Programme was transferred to Çumra Vocational College. Day and evening Meat and Meat Products Programmes were transferred from Karaman Vocational College to our college. In 2005-2006 academic years, Local Administrations Programme and Food Technology Programme were ed. In 2009-2010 academic years, the name of Animal Husbandry and Health was changed as Bovine and Ovine Breeding Programme. In 2011-2012 academic years, the student recruitment was stopped in Meat and Meat Products Programme (E. E). In 2012-2013 academic years, the name of Bovine and Ovine Breeding Programme was changed as Dairy and Beef Cattle Farming Programme. In the same years, within Veterinary Department , Laboratory Assistant and Veterinary Health Programme was ed. Our college continues education and training with seven programmes. From 1993 in which our college was ed to the date of 03.10.1995, as a founding director, Lecturer Süleyman Şahin carried out the mission of college director between the dates of 03.10.1995- 02.07.2004, Professor Doctor Ramazan Yetişir carried out this mission between the dates of 02.07.2004-05.07.2013 Professor Doctor Alp Önder Yıldız carried out this mission and since the date 08.07.2013 Professor Doctor Hakan Yalçın has carried out this mission....

By establishing the field of application and laboratories for each of the Departments of Technical Programmes, it provides practical lessons to students beside theoretical courses in a very orderly manner. In the microbiology laboratory ed for the usage of all Technical Programmes Departments all analysis of milk, meat and food products is done. Local Government Programme makes students realize , by revealing a modern management techniques, depending on the state structure and the functioning of local governments in the process by applying the change in market conditions, gives this style of education and training activities.
