The aim of the program is to train Biomedical Engineers who can follow the scientific developments in biomedical, electrical-electronic and automation technologies,  have competent, creative, scientific production power, can accept science and experiment as a basis,  have participatory, numerical and academic thinking. Besides, to train engineers who can take responsibility, produce science and can apply the knowledge produced in the international field to social and industrial benefit are in the goals of Biomedical Engineering program.
